We will adhere to all directives from both our National Church and the PA Department of Health---This means that you MUST wear a mask and maintain social distancing. If you have forgotten your mask, please ask Fr. Mark and he will be happy to provide you with one.

Just a reminder: Our 8:30 a.m. Mass is live streamed on Facebook and then posted to our website later in the day.

As we move forward with our parish efforts to continue our fundraising efforts pierogies are an important part of that effort. Parish Committee is looking to see if there is a willingness to help with this project in the fall. There will be a sign up sheet on the bulletin table for the next few weeks to help with this project.

SOCL Families should have received an email detailing our plans for the Catholic education of our youth for this coming school year. If you did not receive information please contact Fr. Mark. Our theme this year is Jesus is our light. Please remember to turn in your registration forms by Sunday September 6th. The date to pick up packets and begin our school year is Sunday September 20th at 9:30 a.m.

Our SOCL “Fun Day” A big thank you goes out to all who helped make our day with Concrete and Cranes truly awesome. Jesus is our Foundation.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! We congratulate Devin Junko who received a $1,000 music scholarship from our National United Choirs. We thank God for Devin’s commitment to his gift of music.

We will celebrate First Holy Communion with John and Maria Paletta and their family on Saturday September 19th . The preparations were completed last spring but Covid 19 forced us to schedule a special time.   We pray God’s blessing upon them.
